Cooking and grilling, especially on his collection of Big Green Eggs is a true passion for Ron. He loves to experiment way beyond the normal chicken, pork, and brisket smoking that most people associate with Big Green Egg’s. He believes that if it can be cooked in an oven, on a stove or any other form of preparation, he can do it on his grills.  This has earned Ron a spot on BGE’s ambassador team, #BGETeamGreen.

Ron enjoys sharing the knowledge he has gained and does so by teaching grilling & BBQ classes as well as through videos that he makes for the FOGO Charcoal Companies YouTube channel.  He also runs the FB group Big Green Eggers of South Florida whose 2200 members range from the beginner to the EGGspert, including BBQ Hall Of Fame members!
