Mariah uses her roots of southern cuisine as the foundation of her creative process and razzle dazzles by incorporating international influences. Fueled by her passion of travel, love of culture, cooking with fire and culinary driven techniques.

Mariah has worked in kitchens, outside pits, and cooked on private planes of many high profile celebrities around the world. Not only creating a meal, but a total experience. By providing lighting, table scapes, florals, and playlists. It always has to be a vibe.

Mariah’s ability to tap into classic dishes with creative spins and being dubbed "the food scientist”, placed her in the TOP 2 on Gordon Ramseys, "Next Level Chef”. But it didn’t start there, before becoming a chef Mariah spent 6 years traveling the world as flight attendant and traveled to over 30 countries. Which led to her evolving palette and pursuit of a culinary degree, which she earned with honors, and is an active member of the A.C.F and mentored by Iron Chef Cat Cora.

Mariah continues to make waves in the culinary scene. By creating one of a kind menus, recipe development and food experiences. Creating her own lane in the foodie world. Mariah believes that every dish she creates is inspired by the people she meets or a place she has been. A firm believer that food is a vibe and a universal language that we all speak.

Mariah can be seen chopping it up and dishing on her random adventures on her popular social media channels, as well as in the discreet kitchens of celebs around the world. Her home-base is currently Texas and she plans to continue to push the boundaries of the world of food by implementing the whole experience beyond the plate.
