Kozeen Shiwan is a Kurdis-Finnish chef born in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan. He moved to Finland 1998 with his family as political refugees. Kozeen is known for his unique style of cooking, pop up restaurants and his artistic vision of food. He is considered to be one of the most influential chefs in Finland with his creative and new approach. Kozeen has worked in several Michelin starred restaurants in Finland and internationally. With the success of his pop up restaurants and TV appearances, he is now one of Finland's top celebrity chefs.
