Harry Rosenblum is a jack of many trades. After a long career in production for large scale live events and television Harry co-founded The Brooklyn Kitchen in 2006, a culinary education focused housewares store and grocery (in its current form a cooking school led by Harry's wife and partner Taylor Erkkinen) In 2009 they added The Meat Hook (a whole animal locally sourced butcher shop) inside the Brooklyn Kitchen, with a focus on local foods and creating markets and community around food, 

The Brooklyn Kitchen launched dozens of now nationally recognized brands, and hosted countless innovative events, from pig butchering and cannabis cooking classes to live broadcast Sumo tournaments for stateside lovers of Japan's national sport.  

Harry also serves as the General Manager and head of sales for Kikuichi Cutlery the oldest knife company in the world which is based in Nara, Japan. Harry hosts 2 podcasts on the Heritage Radio Network. Feast Yr Ears, an interview based show focused on people's lives and relationships to food and cooking, and Time For Lunch, a fun food focused show for kids of all ages. 

Harry's first book, Vinegar Revival was published in 2017 and his work in fermentation education continues on topics from Sourdough to Tempeh to Kimchi. Harry is a board member for Eating with the Ecosystem, a non-profit focused on bringing more attention to local and sustainable seafood in New England. 

At House of Attention Harry brings his past experiences to the table as an entrepreneur, promoter of local and specialty food, and his expertise and vision around how we can utilize web 3.0 and the digital future as a lever to do more good in the physical here and now.
