Grubbin' with GreenbergAdam Greenburg

Adam Greenberg is the Food Networks all-time winningest competitor with a 5-0 record. He is the four-time, Grand Chopped Champion, as well as taking down Bobby Flay, on Beat  Bobby Flay. He has also appeared as a judge on Beat Bobby Flay. Adam is an advocate of  using his platform to help local and national charities, and was most recently the owner of  Coconut Club in Washington, DC, which unfortunately closed due to covid. Adam has moved  back to his home state of CT in the greater Hartford area, and will be partnering on the former Grants space in West Hartford on a new restaurant called Sparrow. In addition to Sparrow, Adam will be launching concepts out the back of the building under the name "back  door kitchen". Under that umbrella you can expect to see his subs concept, "subbies", salad  concept, as well as "back door burritos", and "greenberg's bagels".
