Hi everyone! My name is Florin, I’m a young chef who is very passionate about good food and cooking. What started as a hobby for casual nights and weekends cooking at home, now has become a full-time job. When I first started cooking in a professional kitchen, I founded very difficult, hard work so I decided to quit. I realised that I was to passionate about cooking to give up, so I started again in different restaurants around my hometown in Romania, until I was given the opportunity to work in England where I found my true love for food. I decided to start a blog so I can share with everyone my work. My recipes are easy to follow so anyone can cook beautiful, flavoursome dishes from the comfort of their own home.
