Eric Leveillee began his career in Providence Rhode Island and worked with James Beard nominated Nemo Bolin, after moving to Philadelphia he worked with James Beard winner Greg Vernick, as well as Jon Cichon at the Philadelphia fine dining institution, Lacroix at the Rittenhouse Hotel.  He went on to helm Marigold Kitchen and reached the city’s top 50 restaurants list. In 2020 he moved to the Catskills to run the restaurant at the nationally recognized The DeBruce, which achieved esquires list of best new restaurants.  Most recently he has returned home to Philadelphia as the executive chef of Lacroix.
