Victoria de la Maza is an award-winning cookbook author, columnist, and international TV host. Passionate about great, easy-to-make food, she combines her European elegance with American flair to create classic-with-a-twist recipes and ideas for stylish entertaining at home. 

She has written for numerous magazines and newspapers including Veranda, Town & Country, and Food & Wine. She wrote a monthly column for The Palm Beach Daily News and was a contributor to Cottages & Gardens publications. 

Victoria hosted two television series for “Canal de Casa” (Spain’s HGTV) that have aired for over 4 years in Spanish and Latin channels. 

She now pens “Diary of a Serial Hostess” a Substack newsletter and is a contributor to The Epoch Times. Victoria lives in a historical 1769 house in Charleston, SC.
