Ingredients

Alabama White Sauce:

1.5 cup mayo
1/4 cup apple cider vin
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, grated
1/2 lemon, juiced & zested
1 teaspoon fresh horseradish, grated
1 teaspoon cayenne
Lots of black pepper
Salt to taste

Preparation

Pat your chicken wings dry and if possible, allow them to sit overnight in the fridge uncovered to help dry out the exterior.

Rub your wings with your favorite dry rub, I’m using a mix with smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic & onion powder.

Smoke at 250 for 1.5 - 2 hours, depending on how many are on your grill and how thick they are.

For the sauce, combine the below ingredients and whisk together until homogeneous. Let this sit at least 1 hour in the fridge or even made the day before is best!

When the wings hit an internal of 165F and while they’re still hot off the grill, toss them with the sauce and serve with cold Heineken Silver! 🍻
